As a Product Support Specialist, you will be challenged to provide customers with the high levels of support and service they require and have come to expect. 

Working in both a pre and post-sales support capacity, you will be supporting software applications through analysis and problem solving. You’ll take ownership of each issue and manage them through to resolution, liaise with other departments and fully diagnose end-user and administrator problems that have been submitted from the world-wide support group. 

The role will entail: 

- Recording activities on call logging systems to enable progress to be tracked 

- Working on technical projects and taking on varied responsibilities 

- Responding to queries and issues within benchmarked response times 

- Completing ongoing training to maintain your knowledge 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Proven experience within a technical support role 

- Experience with MS Office Applications 

- HTML, TCP/IP, Proxy and Networking experience 

- Basic UNIX and Windows OS experience 

- Salesforce Service Cloud experience 

- Knowledge or experience of Library Sciences or the medical technology/information industry 

- Fluency in English and, ideally another European language 

- A degree level qualification (or equivalent)
