European Senior Brand Manager - Launch

I am currently working with one of the most patient focused, innovative companies in pharma that are looking to hire an experienced brand leader to manage the launch of an exciting new product across Europe

The individual will be working on the pre-launch strategy and planning on a product that revolves around a specialist area within stigmatised illness, providing the patient with a much higher quality of life. You will be the key point of call for the brand launch, leading a brand team and managing all other stakeholders involved in the development of the launch strategy, this would include regulatory, medical finance and so on.

With an extremely exciting pipeline of products and expansion plans, this is an opportunity to work for an organisation that really has patient centricity in mind with every process they implement. A very interesting and challenging environment to market within this would a fantastic learning experience for a candidate passionate about the industry they work within. This position will have a focus working with the EU5 and Nordic regions, working with regional teams for the implementation of the European strategy plan. The role itself will require a strategic thinker with the regional teams carrying out more of the implementation work, someone that can also adapt and anticipate the ever changing market landscape.

The candidate should be experienced within strategic marketing, product launch, European experience within pharma working with local affiliates, an organised clear-thinker and ultimately someone passionate about health care and patient access. Past experience within commercial excellence and marketing capability planning would also be of interest. Having this experience would assist in implementing commercial excellence processes in order to develop innovative customer customer-facing initiatives to support regional teams in their sales execution.

Requiring a candidate with experience within a similar therapy area of addiction, HIV/HVA, mental health, CNS or neuroscience / psychiatry (or anything similar). Or if the candidate has particular good experience in launch within another area this will be of interest.
