SAP HCM System Support Analyst

A SAP HCM System Support Analyst is required to work in contract for a major organisation in Birmingham.

* Must be competent in Excel and V Look Up/Index Match

* Confident to deal with day to day customer/technical responses

* Support with payroll queries, looking at payroll resource

* Someone with experience of SAP HCM from a customer support perspective primarily, ideally with an understanding of positions and org structure management. Training will be provide regarding the specific system but the core understanding of SAP HCM is vital. Our ideal candidate will have an HR background but that is not essential as again, these are things that can be taught and guided. Someone who is used to working in a complex business environment with multiple customers with differing needs would be great to help with a smooth induction

Key Skills:

* Working knowledge of SAP HCM

* Generic payroll systems knowledge

* Good knowledge of operational HR

* Understanding of the complexities of working in a multi-site, multi-national matrix type environment

* Excellent IT skills on standard office suite

* Experience in working to project plans and delivering projects within timelines and resources

* Have an up to date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice

* A commercial and pragmatic approach to providing HR solutions

* Ability to work collaboratively, working closely with MyHR teams to ensure joined-up delivery

* Ability to build strong working relationships/networks with all stakeholders and maintain a high degree of integrity

* Delivery focused individual with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner

* Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organisation and manage key stakeholders

* Strong customer focus with commercial awareness

* Customer focus with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service

* Confident operating within a client-facing environment

* An understanding of the basics of configuration and referential integrity

* A creative 'can-do' attitude and preparedness to meet new challenges
