Senior, Embedded, C, C, Software, Engineer, Senior, Embedded, C, Developer, SC cleared Software Developer, Senior Embedded C Software Engineer A Maidstone based client of mine have a requirement for an Embedded C Engineer to work with them on a safety critical aviation development working on a state of the art aircraft. The position will last for 3 years with an initial contract of 6 months. Due to nature of the role and urgency of the position existing SC clearance is highly desirable, holding BPS or previously having held SC clearance is also fine. You will be working on-site in the company's innovation centre, whilst hours are to be completed on-site they can be completed Monday - Thursday at hours of your choosing. Senior, Embedded, C, C, Software, Engineer, Senior, Embedded, C, Developer, SC, cleared, Developer, The important skill here is Embedded C development onto micro processors although a competency of C++ and UML is also useful, if most your experience is working at higher level or systems level but you meet the SC requirements it is still worth applying as the client have other projects you may be suitable for. Due to the urgency the interview process is a one stage telephone interview, happening from the 12/03.The rate is between £40 - £45 per hour, the client are able to gain approval for a higher rate than this but you will need to have very strong experience in the right areas to warrant doing so. Please apply with an up to date copy of your CV and follow this with a call to me on 0207 812 7700 to discuss in more detail.
