Business Change Programme Manager - Systems - Digital - People - Business Facing - Stakeholder Management - Business Growth - Matrix Management - Nottingham with some travel to Coventry
My client a leading Energy Company are seeking a Change and Business Focussed Programme Manager to join an existing B2B programme to own, lead and guide a number of IT based change projects.
With excellent customer facing skills and the ability to liaise with high level Stakeholders, the successful candidate will be tasked with matrix managing a number of Project Managers and their teams to successfully deliver a number of systems, people and digital change projects whilst ensuring profitability and growth.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in the ownership of Change and Business focussed programmes of around £5million
* A background in delivering systems, digital and people change
* Senior Stakeholder Management expertise and Reporting skills
* Matrix Management
* Knowledge of B2B programmes and the ability to ensure growth and profitability
Any previous experience or knowledge of the Energy sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
There is also an expectation of some travel to Coventry for this role.
