Highways Design Team Leader

I am working with a top contractor who is looking to recruit a Highways Design Team Leader to work on a major highways scheme based in Birmingham.

Highways Design Team Leader Requirements:

* HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering

* Preferably Chartered

* Proven project management of highways projects up to £2 million.

* Developing, mentoring and supervision of Highway Design Staff

* Experience in highways design and maintenance

* Experience using quality, environmental and health and safety legislation and management systems, particularly CDM 2015

* Excellent IT skills in relevant technical area

* Familiarity with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges

Highways Design Team Leader Remuneration:

* Basic salary up to £40,000 - £50,000

* Car/car allowance and Flexible company benefits
