Senior Account Manager / Account Director - Digital
We are seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager / Account Director with strong experience / knowledge around Digital Marketing to join this fast growing, hugely successful and ground-breaking agency based in London.
As the Senior Digital Account Manager / Account Director, your key responsibilities will be to become the key point of contact for the client centrally and key stakeholders globally on all matters relating to the daily running of the account. As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director, you will manage the various services we run for the client, including email campaigns and promotions, and ensure that all activity is under control, on brief, on time and on budget. You will be tenacious and able to successfully co-ordinate and communicate with the client's many agency partners..
As an experienced Senior Account Manager / Account Director, you will have previous Agency/Brand experience and a good understanding of digital strategies and digital marketing (SEO, Social, GA, GTM etc).
Further skills and experience needed for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director:
* Ability to co-ordinate the client's many agency partners to deliver properly integrated solutions
* Strong experience working on digital related products
* Ideally have an understanding of different commercial billing models (fixed terms, T&M, support and licence agreements) and financial modelling
* Excellent Communication Skills
* 4+ years previous agency or brand experience
* Proactive, highly-organised and articulate
