In this role, you will lead a Maintenance team reporting into the Engineering Manager. You will deputise for the Manager when he is off site and be progressed to take on the role of Maintenance Manager. This is a hands on role where you will still be involved in the electrical and mechanical reactive and planned maintenance.

THE ROLE:

*Deputising for the Engineering Manager

*Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance schedules

*Electrical and mechanical work

*Heading up a team of Maintenance Engineers

*Progression available for the right candidate

THE PERSON:

*A good background in electrical and mechanical engineering

*Possibly from manufacturing, field service or Armed Forces background

*Ideally holding a minimum of HNC/HND in a relevant discipline

*Looking to progress their career

*Lives locally to Yeovil
