What is the opportunity?

Due to ongoing success, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager to join the business, based in our modern offices with great facilities, in Stockport. This is a unique opportunity to come in at an early stage of the company's expansion and take over a number of 'warm accounts' that are already established. If you choose to, you would also be given the opportunity and training to bring on new clients and increase your earning potential even further (although this is not essential). Earning potential in year one is £25-50k, which could increase substantially by year two.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role as an IT Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager, you should be able to display a number of key characteristics - you will have the drive, determination and motivation to capitalise on your hardworking attitude, be financially motivated and keen to convert your hard work in to a substantial income! You will have a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels. The successful candidate would ideally have experience working within the IT recruitment industry, or be knowledgeable within an area of IT and understand technology.

This opportunity could suit people from various different backgrounds - Maybe you currently work as a recruitment consultant / trainee consultant and feel as though you would like to move in to an account management / resourcing position without the need to do cold calling or business development; or you could be a resourcer/account manager for one of the heavily KPI-focussed and high pressure organisations, who wants to move to a more forward-thinking and flexible company who value quality of work over quantity.
