Trainer/ Learning and development

My client a leading bank based in Marylebone is looking for an IT Project Methodology Trainer. This is an exciting role to help develop a key area of the bank with a 12 month contract.

Rate: £400-500 a day

Core Competencies

* Proven track record in Learning Workshop facilitation including logistics management

* Organisation and global co-ordination

* Influencing at all levels

* Stakeholder Management

* Delivering difficult messages

* Making the complex look simple

* IT Project Management (former PM/BA/Developer or PMO)

* Effective communications with senior stakeholders, globally

Experience and Technical Skill

* In depth knowledge of Instructional Design - development learning workshops/training course with additional learning supports

* Proven experience of writing and delivering corporate communications globally

* A good understanding of Agile and/or PMP Project Management principles

* Experience in training delivery/facilitation

* Experience as an IT Project Manager within a structured project environment

* Strong IT background

* A strong track record of delivery within a structured project environment

* Working knowledge of the full-lifecycle project management delivery

* Experience of using SharePoint 2013

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and ExcelIf you match the above
