Senior Product Manager

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Product Manager for my client- a leading bank in UK.

As a Senior Product Manager you will be supporting the build/ development of SME lending proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive implementation of proposition development projects

* Manage product go live and launch stages

* Engage with external partners

* Negotiate contracts and SLAs

* Optimise customer journeys

* Analyse data to produce insights

Skills and knowledge required:

* Secure Lending knowledge is necessary

* Product Management experience in Financial Services or Banking is essential

* SME Lending Product knowledge - Term Loans, Overdrafts, Line of Credit

* Able to demonstrate experience in design and build of financial/ banking products

* Internal & external stakeholder management experience

* Legal, Compliance, Conduct Risk, IT, Distribution, Digital, Marketing, External Partners

* Awareness of regulatory landscape (CCA/ CONC, Standards of Lending Practice, TCF principles etc.)

* Sound understanding of conduct risk across customer lifecycle

Desired skills:

* Digital product

* Credit Risk knowledge

* Scorecards & policy

* Collections & Recoveries

* Lending pricing

* Relationship Management experience in SME/ Commercial Banking

* Project Management- Basic Data analytics
