My client based in Edinburgh are looking to add to their expanding team, during this exciting growth time they are looking to bring on a Business Intelligence Analyst. The BI Analyst will provide an accurate range of reporting and database skills which include reporting, designing and building databases

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test and implement management reports

* Implement and maintain intranet based reporting platforms

* Write and run queries, troubleshooting where required across multiple databases

* Generate and compile reports, providing improvements/ new requirements

* Develop ad-hoc databases, and provide expert database and software knowledge

* Liaise with the Business Analyst's to build functionality

Key Skills

* Database design and build

* Report writing in SQL

* SQL, MySQL, PhP and Apache

Desired

* Experience in other relational database

* Reporting development such as SSRS, Crystal etc

* Experience of VBA

* Experience of integrating with other software services
