Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Cisco engineer to join our growing team in Hemel Hempstead. With this being a Trainee position, there will be thorough on-the-job training and you will gain strong industry exposure and experience working with Senior members of the team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Technical Services Operations customer base. You will be conducting BAU (Business As Usual) changes, these changes will be carried out using technologies such as Cisco Unified Comms suite, Cisco UCCE, Verint and Exony, any knowledge of these products is beneficial but not critical as on the job training will be provided.

What do I need to do this job?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us who has the passion for Networks and who is eager to learn and grow within KCOM. This role would ideally suit someone who is leaving college or school having gained an IT qualification and who is looking to take their learning forward with commercial experience and on the job training.

* Must hold an IT Qualification (School / College / University level)

* Good attention to detail

* Basic understanding of networking technologies

* Excellent communication skills

* Problem solving and analytical skills

What are my hours of work?

This role is primarily 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
