I'm working with an extremely exciting Fintech Start Up in Hammersmith, London, who are currently being headed up by the former Head of Google UK to create a worldwide platform.
They're scaling fast and after doubling their team size last year, they're looking to do the same again. This has create multiple Senior Developer positions, and are looking forward to working with people like yourself, who will help complement the love they have for working with cutting edge software tools
.
You will be developing enterprise grade web based software solutions which are used by hundreds of thousands of users at large firms in international locations. Their Fintech idea aims to allow employees to take control of their personal finances and pay back debt quicker.
The software you will be developing will be using C# and the Microsoft.NET framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, SQL, T-SQL), as well as slowing moving it into a DevOps system, including continuous integration and automation. You'll also be helping them to build scalable, robust and tested web code that can be regionalised across the UK, US and South Africa.
You'll have a hands on approach and will be involved in the platform architecture as well as new feature development. Working in an Agile environment, you'll be using your superior technical expertise to quickly get up to speed with their platform, architecture and data, and then develop the product further to make it a household name.
As they are hiring for multiple developers to add to their already sizeable team of 20 - there is great opportunity for you to progress within the business.
They will happily get you trained up in DevOps as they move further into the space in the future. This will include getting familiar with technologies like JIRA, Zephyr, BitBucket, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy and Git.
The salary for the roles vary between £55,000 to £65,000 plus a variety of benefits, such as, 15% bonus, pension, childcare vouchers, flexible working hours, cycle to work scheme, health and life assurance, a subsidised on site café and much more!
