Agile Coach - Cardiff - Contract

Contract length: 12 Month Contract

Rate: Up to £450 per day (highly dependant on experience)

Computer Futures are seeking an exceptional Agile Coach to join a key client of ours in Cardiff for an initial 6-12 month contract

You must be a confident Agile-Lean practitioner and have a deep understanding of everything this encompasses. As well as this you must be equipped with the right skills to facilitate, coach, teach and mentor. As someone who relishes fast growth and dynamic situations, your skills, experience and talents will help our client adopt and improve agile methods and proven practices.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Your track record of establishing effective governance and management systems will enable our clients to deliver products at extreme pace. Your skills, experience and talents will also help to adopt and improve agile methods and proven practices.

As our Agile Coach/ Scrum Master you will help to define and put into practice new processes, collaboration tools, communication techniques, and an evolving departmental culture. Whilst doing this you'll use a mixture of coaching, training, and judicious application of tools and methods.

With your solid track record of agile transformation, training and mentoring senior leaders you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

* Mastery of applying Agile and Lean at scale

* Educating and influencing senior stakeholders to provide effective support for the transition

* Superior Communication Skills

* Experience of balancing multiple, and often conflicting, priorities and dealing with ambiguity

* Proven track record of managing large and complex transition programmes

* Experience of establishing high performing Engineering squads that can safely release valuable software at will to the web for millions of users, using techniques like A/B testing and Blue/Green deployments

Certifications Required:

Agile Certified Practitioner

Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
