Your role

As our Client Virtualisation IT Global Service Delivery Manager, you’ll drive client virtualisation innovation and standardisation. Through effective planning and right-sizing, you’ll improve delivery times and help to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Providing excellent support to our global UHD, your expertise will enable you to support a variety of projects that will shape and implement innovative new technologies and services. Creative, pioneering and constantly looking to implement even better solutions, you’ll also handle incidents with third parties and provide 3rd level support.

Your expertise

Wide-ranging experience of implementing and running international Citrix or other main virtualisation services

A real passion for technology and ideally certified in client virtualisation

Influential with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

Self-motivated team player with preferably a degree or equivalent

Customer focused and fluent in English with the drive to continually improve our operations and your performance.
