Programme Manager - Hampshire

A Leading Sciences and Engineering Company are actively recruiting for a Programme Manager to lead International Growth Programmes and leverage their world class capabilities Internationally.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues across their wider group to ensure that programme plans and business deliverables are effectively managed and delivered.

Responsibilities

* Single Group POC for any queries relating to specific programmes

* Effectively communicating programme activities with key stakeholders to ensure Group buy in and awareness of activity and progress

* Prepare and engage with governance community to ensure that programmes meet key business objectives

* Responsible for ensuring the excellent delivery of a complex international programmes

* Effective cash, cost and profit management through the use of the organisational business functions

* Overall influence and management of programme stakeholders through a matrix organisation

* Responsible for ensuring effective communication with the Leadership Team, Senior Management Team, Programmes team and wider business

Experience & Knowledge Required

* Able to challenge the status quo, and influence effective processes in the delivery of complex programmes

* Significant track record of success in Programmes leadership for major and major complex programmes

* Proven capability of managing complex stakeholder and contractual maps, ideally in an international arena

* Development of a continuous improvement approach during the successful delivery of the Programme

* Effective and influential communicator

* Motivator and coach

* Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment on complex projects

Qualifications Required

* Project Management qualifications

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
