2^nd Line Support Engineer - Windows Server/Azure/AWS/Office 365Windows Server / Infrastructure / Active Directory / Exchange / Office 365 / Exchange Online / DNS / Group Policy / Azure / Cloud / AWS / Amazon Web Services / IT Support / Citrix / VMware / Hyper VThe Client:They are a leading consultancy who specialise in designing, building and supporting Windows Server and Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure. Due to growth of their customer base, they require an experienced 2^nd line support engineer to join the infrastructure support team.It is a multi-faceted role, where an engineer can expect to not only take support calls through to resolution but also assist cloud architects and technical project managers, receiving training and gaining hands on experience with both Azure and AWS cloud platforms.A strong background supporting the following is required:

'€¢Windows Server 2008/2012/2016'€¢Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy'€¢Exchange/Office 365'€¢Windows 7/8/10 Desktops

Experience with the following is a bonus:

'€¢Azure'€¢AWS'€¢Citrix'€¢VMware'€¢Switching, routing, firewalls
