My client is a leading games developer and publisher who're based in Yorkshire, who's looking for a talented Audio Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. With plenty of cross-platform development happening in their two studios, you'll always have something new and exciting to work on.

About the Job
As a Producer at my client's Yorkshire studio, you will be responsible for running the entire 360 development cycle from initial concept all the way to release.
You will need to ensure that realistic project scopes and timelines are created and ensure that the development of these projects run on time, adheres to budgets and meets the quality expectations. Similarly, you'll be responsible for reviewing milestones and ensuring that they're met.
You will be responsible for analysing risk and creating steps to avoid any risk found in the development pipeline.
You may need to work with 3rd party developers or publishers and coordinate external projects when required.
About You
To be successful as a Producer at my client's studio, you must have the following experience and skills:
* Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall etc)
* Outstanding organisational skills and a solid understanding of modern project management
* A natural leader who can motivate development teams, and brilliant communication skills to ensure pipelines and milestones are understood effectively
* Work well under pressure
* Problem solving nature to help solve complex scheduling issues and potential threats.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge or working experience of the Games Industry and trends.
* Currently working as a Producer/Designer in a Games Studio and are ready for your next step in the gaming industry.
