1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer
An exciting role has just arose for an passionate, experienced 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer with knowledge in Microsoft Server to join a highly successful, growing and leading IT support provider in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills and grow their career, as you will be given the chance to learn new, exciting skills such as web ops and web hosting to name a few.
You will be the first point of call for customers and clients alike and will have excellent communication and customer service skills. To be successful candidate for the 1st & 2nd Support Engineer role, you would have ideally worked for a company of the same variety and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Systems / Windows Server.
Skills required for the 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer-
* Experience using Microsoft/Windows Server
* Good general understanding of supporting and troubleshooting at desktop and server level
* Brilliant communicator with good time management skills
* Willing to learn with a positive advert
