As an Infrastructure Engineer you'll join a supportive team of IT professionals at a really exciting time for the organisation.

You'll be joining the Enterprise Solutions Team to provide infrastructure support and project implementation to external customers with responsibility for co-ordinating the cloud services strategy within the business, embracing next generation cloud solutions and services, and challenge client thinking by designing and implementing innovative IT solutions.

What you'll do:

- Design, implement and support a range of technologies and services including: Microsoft 365, Azure, network infrastructure, SAN, Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint

- Support virtualisation technologies and remote access solutions

- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions

- Provide administration and maintenance of remote monitoring and management

- Provide and maintain documentation

- Provide technical assistance to team members with system and network requests

They would love to talk to you if:

- You have excellent interpersonal and customer-care skills and experience in service management, delivery and support

- You have commercial enterprise experience with network and server infrastructure and have worked on a variety of IT installations

- You're able to demonstrate a strong track record of designing and migrating installations from on-premise to Azure cloud and Microsoft 365 services

- You have relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP)

- You're proficient at leading, directing, guiding and motivating others

- You enjoy challenging work, taking initiative and are self-motivated

- You're flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment

- You're well organised, effective at planning and willing to accept decision-making authority

- You're logical with strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
