My client are looking for a Java Team Lead to join their team. This client are a one of Europe's leading software consultancy require a team leader for their team of 3 developers. They will be responsible for the full technology lifecycle and making sure deadlines and expectations are communicated.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for;

* Leading a team of 3 developers

* Delivering bespoke applications

* All aspects of the project delivery

* Mentoring less experienced members of the team

* Ensure than project expectations are clear

The ideal candidate will have;

* Experiences with Java, Spring, JQuery and Angular JS

* Excellent communication Skills

* A willingness to travel UK Wide

* Experience with Restful Web Services

* A desire to lead and mentor a team
