Agile Coach / Agile / SAFe / Contract / 6 Months / Birmingham

My client, a leading Utilities organisnation are currently recruiting for an experienced Agile Coach to join them in their Birmingham based office for a period of 6 months (with possible extensions). You will be working with 3 Scrum Masters that look after Sales, Service and Core functions and will be responsible for quality, velocity and overall performance of their Agile teams, working with every function within Digital. The organisation has recently introduced the latest tribe model and wants to continue to evolve and increase levels of Agile Maturity and understanding and need the right person to help the move forward through 2018.

The Role:

*As the Agile Coach, you will be accountable for the quality, velocity, and overall performance of our Agile teams

*You will also design and deliver the Agile strategy with a clear vision for how they can continue to drive, evolve and maximise the benefits of agile.

*You will be responsible for 3 experienced Scrum Masters who lead tribes that improve our Sales, Service and Core Functions.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience of delivering agile at scale and in comparable organisations

* Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills

* Excellent communication skills

* A pragmatic and dynamic approach

* Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practice

* SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework would be an advantage

* Proven ability in coaching, training and developing people

* Ability to work within tight deadlines and against demanding strategic targets

* Degree or equivalent qualification

* Excellent presentation skills
