Senior Programme Manager - 6 Month Contract - Kingston / Port Sunlight with travel
Senior Programme Manager required to join a reputable manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods located in Kingston / Port Sunlight on a 6-month contract with travel.
The role:
We need a senior Programme Manager (10/15 years' experience) with a clear track record of having led global multi-country change implementation programmes, successfully having managed large multi-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, HR, IT) and external service delivery partners.
The Scope:
The Programme's scope is to roll out the MSP Service Delivery Model including Fieldglass to over 10 countries this year. This will include the onboarding of OTE recruitment onto the service delivery model, running a Statement of Work pilot, Blue Collar CW solutioning etc.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing the day to day the programme.
* Leading and managing the team both globally and country team 10+ countries
Key Skills
* Strong delivery experience multi country change implementation programmes HR transformation experience Workforce management
* Very strong leadership skills especially multi-discipline Europe and Asia and being able to deliver against tight implementation roadmap
