Job description

Alfa has never needed as many talented people as we do now. As our product grows, so does its complexity and so do the tasks of management, architecture, DevOps, QA and all other essential areas of software development.

We are looking for:

                                                             3+ years of professional Java development

                                                             We only consider applicants who already have the right to work in the UK

What’s it like around the office?

We work a 40 hour week and most people are in the office between 8 am and 6 pm. We know people have lives outside of work so we try to be flexible where possible; if you need to be at home for a delivery that’s fine. We are developers; the dress code is casual and listening to music while you work is all good. We have our own cafe with free top class coffee and snacks. We have hackathons, monthly drinks, quarterly company meetings and an annual conference which is usually abroad. We have an active CSR team; we donate and volunteer.
