Job Title: Enterprise Architecture and Security Manager

Location: Walsall (WS1)

Salary: £46,408 - £50,905 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

As a member of the ICT management team you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the ICT enterprise architecture, enabling digital transformation in line with the council's ICT Strategy. You will also be responsible for the security of the council's ICT provision. You will lead a team of Domain Architects and an ICT Security Officer.

For this role the successful candidates must undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check. BPSS is the minimum standard to ensure the identity and integrity of an employee who has access to official information using secure networks linking central government and local authorities. A BPSS check involves four main elements; Identity Check, National and Immigration Status, Employment History (last 3 years) and Verification of Criminal Record (unspent convictions only).
