The role requires strong technical and communication skills with significant hands-on design, delivery and transformation experience within the UC field. The right candidate will have an analytical consultative support personality and possess methodical support skills; furthermore you must have the proven ability to lead users and clients through business requirements whilst delivering the technical solutions. The role needs someone with excellent customer facing and service skills, a flexible attitude and proactive when dealing with customer issues. Thus, will work with clients in a trusted advisor capacity and will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective customer relationships. As a byproduct, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in consulting and delivery Enterprise grade UC solutions from opportunity identification through to final project closure.

About you:

* 5+ years of experience as a Consultant

* Demonstrable hands on experience delivering Microsoft UC solutions (e.g. Lync 2013/2010, Skype for Business, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL, etc.)

* Knowledge and experience of cloud technology (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.)

* Certifications and accreditations are desirable (e.g. MCSE)

* Must speak English and Danish
