3 years ago the development team was only 5 people being overseen by 1 Development Manager. Nowadays, it's a bustling hive of 20 developers, split into 4 teams. This created positions for Senior Developers and Team Leads within the business.

You'll have a number of hats to wear, so every day will vary - sometimes you'll be re-purposing existing systems, getting involved in design & code reviews and other days you'll be researching and developing rendering systems, game alorithms, new technologies and new products - you'll never have a dull day here.

I have placed 5 Developers there in the last couple of years, they are all still there and love working there - not just because of the work, but because the management team are really supportive and easy to get along with, and the social culture is fun as well..

They are happy to look at people who have just graduated with a Computer Science Degree, or those who have some experience in MS Visual C++ under Windows.

The salary for the position depends on your experience. If you're a graduate it's up to £25,000, and if you're experienced it would be up to £35,000 + benefits like flexible working hours which will allow you to come in early/finish early and vice versa, as well as 25 days holiday with the option to earn more.
