£550 pd // AWS DevOps Engineer

My client are looking for a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to work with the cloud team in releasing and maintaining the product, which is available to millions of thier customers.

About the job:

* Work with the myenergy product team and SRE team to deliver highly available tools and services to assist with operational and development tasks

* Assist the building and maintaining of our infrastructure in data centre and on AWS

* Assist in the migration of services from data centre to AWS

* Partner with the development team to manage entire stack from release cycles to data security

Required Skills

* 3 or more years of sysadmin experience, especially with Linux (Ubuntu)

* Experience of configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet

* Experience of RDBMSes, especially PostgreSQL

* Experience of web aplications: nginx, nodeJS, Java (DropWizard),RESTful APIs

* Good knowledge of AWS

* Good understanding of networking, VPNs, security, firewalls, ACL's and IDS

* Experience with a scripting language like python, ruby, php, perl

* Experience with continuous integration systems: Jenkins
