Web Application Support Analyst

£25,000- £30,000 + 5% bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Onsite Parking

Are you looking for a web application support analyst role where you will be exposed to a range of different technologies with some potentially excellent learning opportunities?

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support that maximises the value of the company's investments in products and services. The Web Application Support Analyst will provide a range of project delivery and support services to both customers and partners.

Essential Experience:

*Relevant degree in computer science or related technology, or equivalent qualification.

*Experience in a customer facing role, working in a web design and support capacity, ideally in a SaaS or technology business.

*Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities: the ability to own problems to resolution.

*Ability to create/adapt web-friendly content which is optimised for digital platforms. Front-end skills (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS).

*Experience in integrating and managing web applications, with a working knowledge of web site related technologies, including web servers/hosting, internet protocols and other standards (e.g. FTP, SFTP etc.)

*Good understanding of SQL.
