The role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work on vital projects that help promote and protect the UK’s national interests. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and other colleagues, you’ll develop and apply your analysis skills. It’s about using your unique skill-set to identify requirements, detect problems and deliver improvements across the business.

Not only will you safeguard the nation, you’ll also receive bespoke training to enhance and strengthen your expertise. And we’ll support you as you explore new opportunities, and give you the chance to join professional bodies.

About you

With demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, you’ll have worked on large-scale, complex improvement projects. You’ll also have extensive knowledge of requirements elicitation, definition and management. In fact, you’ll have knowledge of everything from business process modelling and business process testing, to benefits management and group facilitation. A motivated individual, you’ll have, or will be working towards, the ISEB diploma in Business Analysis or the CBAP qualification.

Your communication skills will be second-to-none, allowing you to inspire trust and instil confidence in any team you lead. Above all, you’ll think differently - combining an analytical mindset with an inquisitive outlook. It’s all about pushing boundaries to find innovative ways of working.
