Configuration and Document Manager Coventry

My client based in Coventry is looking to hire a Configuration and Document Manager to join the team ad report into the PMO Manager. This is a newly created role, joining a brand new team based in the Centre of Coventry!

This role will see you managing the programmatic baselines and deliverable documents. The baselines will include cost, technical, schedule, and service delivery elements,

You will be responsible for:

Running a weekly Change Control Board which will be chaired by the Account Director.

Defining and maintaining the terms of reference scheduling meetings, setting the agenda, taking minutes and defining metrics.

Establishing and maintaining a change control environment within a shared portal.

Defining and maintain the process and the plan for managing deliverable documentation .

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in:

Establishing and managing a configuration control baseline

Work in a team environment and have strong verbal ands written communication

Any experience in the following is highly advantageous:

Supporting a Customer Service Focused operation

Knowing of ITL Foundations

SharePoint and Microsoft Office Products

In return for your skills my client is offering generous salary between £40000 and £50000 as well as an excellent benefits package which includes but is not limited to 34 days annual, flexible working. Healthcare, on site parking and up to 14 percent pension!
