Transformation Project Lead Coventry

My client based in Coventry is looking to hire a Transformation Project Lead to join a brand new team based in the Centre of Coventry. This newly created role will see you taking responsibility for the day to day Project Management of Transformation Projects - initially taking on the responsibility for setup and planning during the Transformation phase then the execution into service.

You will report into the Transformation Programme Manager and will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:

Support the creation of Business Cases for the Transformation Projects, including scoping, planning and cost estimation

The development of a robust project plan and associated project management documentation deliverables during the new Transformation Projects.

You must be capable of:

Developing Project Requirment Specifications, Project Initiation Documents, detailed Risk and Issue Logs and Project Dependencies.

You will have experience in:

Managing a multi functional matrix managed Project Team,

Managing a project within a Customer Defined Project Lifecycle ( based on Prince2)

Leading the transition into Service for each Transformation Project - delivering into a Service Delivery Manager

Providing regular reporting of Transformation progress

Project delivery in all aspects of the Lifecycle management as well as ICT Transformation experience.

Service Management Transition experience as well as strong Project Management experience

Prince 2 and ITIL frameworks and certification

In return for your skills my client is offering generous salary between 50000 and 60000 as well as an excellent benefits package which includes but is not limited to 34 days annual, flexible working. Healthcare, on site parking and up to 14 percent pension!
