Senior and ServiceNow Engineers Coventry
My client based in the Centre of Coventry is looking to hire Senior and mid level ServiceNow Engineers to join their team. This is a newly created role and will see you being very hands on and having a solid understanding of ServiceNow as well as the associated technologies.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Own, Plan, Manage and Drive the delivery of technical projects including but not limited to setting up new ServiceNow instances for large customer enterprises .
Have a hands on and in depth understanding of ServiceNow, its technical integration to third party systems root cause analysis and remediation and an amount of team leading or mentoring.
This role will see you reporting into the Chief Engineer and you will need to be a self starter who is able to identify and implement tasks
To be successful in this role you should have the following experience:
Strong ITIL processes and functions, and be able to both facilitate and provide significant contributions to the IT Service Management Tooling
In hands on implementation of ServiceNow and technical leadership of a development ream using Agile or Devops.
Creating and maintenance of a backlog or schedule of technical projects
In identifying and managing the rectification of potential technical issues.
You will be to have ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist for ITSM and ITOM.
In return for your skills my client is offering generous salary between 35000 and 55000 as well as an excellent benefits package which includes but is not limited to 34 days annual, flexible working. Healthcare, on site parking and up to 14 percent pension!
