Due to their continued success, they now have an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Call Data Analyst to join them.
The Call Data Analyst Role:
As the Call Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in a multitude of areas, but with a key focus on producing data reports.
The Call Data Analyst role will be suited to a candidate with good organisational and analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to identify usage trends and possible savings for clients’ call usage across their extensive mobile fleets - therefore an excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Working as part of a small support team, you will also be engaged in a multitude of general support functions. You’ll be able to benefit from industry training and work with fast paced mobile technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly call data reports (Excel) to existing & prospective accountsProviding ad-hoc reports and queries as requiredDirect support to the Business Development Manager and Sales teamOngoing updating of tariff informationProviding general assistance to the Sales Team with preparation for meetingsGeneral administrative dutiesDatabase work (for which training will be provided) Skills & Experience Required:
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skillsGood organisational and analytical skillsGood attention to detailAbility to work to a high degree of accuracyAbility to manage own workloadTo work well within a team but also to be able to work individuallyGood level of customer service In return, the Call Data Analyst can expect:
