Engineering Team Leader (Days Mon-Fri)

£35,000 - £36,000 + overtime (£40k-45k OTE) + pension + great company benefits

Are you an electrical maintenance engineer from a manufacturing/industrial background looking for a days based role where you will lead and co-ordinate the activities of a small team of electrical engineers?

On offer is a hands on supervisory role for an expanding manufacturer where you will also have the opportunity to dramatically increase your earnings through overtime.

This role is for an established company who employ over 100 people and are a leading firm within their industry. They have invested heavily in to their facility and have recently installed brand new state of the art production machinery.

You will play a main role in leading a small team of electrical engineers working on routine breakdowns and planned maintenance across the facility.

This role would suit an electrical maintenance engineer looking to work for a manufacturing company in a senior role.

The Role:

-Lead and co-ordinate the activities of a small team of electrical engineers

-Hands on supervisory role working on reactive and planned preventative maintenance

-Days based role mon-fri

-Plenty of overtime and shift working available

The Person:

-Electrical maintenance engineer

-Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment

-Ideally have some team leading/supervisory experience
