L3 Network Engineer

A leading Investment Bank is looking for a L3 Network Engineer to join their team in Canary Wharf on a permanent basis.

You will be a senior within the Networking team providing support to the Bank's Operations. You will use your technical skills to be able to improve process and perform a series of mini projects - such as deployments, migrations or new installations.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of these projects and get involved with new security measures.

Key skills:

Cisco products: 6500, 7600, 6807, 4507, 3850

Network Management

Load Balancers, (Cisco ACE) Security (Cisco ASA)

Palo Alto Firewalls

The ideal L3 Network Engineer will have hands-on senior experience, perhaps at VP level. Financial Services experience is desirable, however other fast-moving industries such as Spread Betting or multinational industries such as Telecommunications will be considered.
