Continuous Improvement Manager / Business Process Analyst

A Continuous Improvement Manager or Business Process Analyst is required to join this local logistics organisation that that provide a vital services to the region. As a Continuous Improvement Manager or Business Process Analyst you will be responsible as part of the IT function to ensure that the delivery of services in support of business need are delivered in both a sustainable (change management) and continually improved perspective.

*Be the subject matter expert on lean and six sigma methods, tools, concepts and approaches.

*As a management member of the IT function, will be responsible for jointly setting team and functional objectives

*Play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of projects/continuous improvement initiatives

*Engagement across the business, with regular visits across the length and breadth of the organisation, promoting continuous improvement methods, tools and approach in all areas of the business.

Principal accountabilities

*Enhance customer experience by designing (and re designing as appropriate), implementing, monitor and improving, processes and services.

*Lead process workshops, document and communicate outcomes, capture and track agreed actions.

*Implement & manage KPI's across project/service delivery.

*Start the approach which (modifies culture) focuses on end to end business process capability, flexibility and capacity.

*Increase customer ownership around process, clearly articulating the hand over points between functions.

*Increase employee engagement and improve employee and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, skills and experience

*Experience in a Business Analyst/Senior BA/CI role.

*Experience in process design, implementation, review, monitoring and improvement.

*Experience in coaching, mentoring & training Skills.

*Experience in managing & implementing continual improvement across an organisation.

*Strong team management and people development skills

*Good relationship builder with strong diplomacy and negotiating skills
