Global organisation requires a Technical Support Specialist, who will be responsible for providing high level of customer support to clients on specific software range. As you will support Global organisations, the ability to communicate effectively and operate under pressure is pre-requisite.
The product range operates within standard Windows environment - Desktop Server, SQL Server back-end, etc and you must therefore have good knowledge of MS Products, in particular Desktop and Server, including Active Directory (AD) and some Networking knowledge. Experience of SQL, IIS and any development / programming skills would be ideal.
Skills & Experience required:
* Proven experience providing remote technical support to clients
* Good knowledge of Windows Desktop & Server environments, along with Active Directory (AD) and Networking
* Knowledge of technologies such as SQL Server, IIS and some basic development skills would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills a must and keen to provide high level of customer service
* Desire to learn
