Business Analyst - West Midlands

A Business Analyst is required to join a Utility company in the West Midlands on a permanent basis. With the company striving to drive transformation across the business this role is a great chance to operate at the heart of change. Candidates with experience utilising lean techniques would be highly attractive for this role.

Essential Skills/ Experience:

* Demonstrable experience utilising lean techniques

* Experience mapping and documenting business processes

* Ability to deliver business change

* Previous work in a heavily regulated environment

* Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders

Role description:

The successful Business Analyst will work on the full lifecycle of business change projects from the gathering of requirements to measuring the success of changes. Working across multiple channels of the company operation you will gain great exposure to a variety of projects and experience working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders as you build and define new ways for the company to operate.

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
