Audio Visual Support

Brief is as follows:

- Providing technician support to users and IT technical infrastructure.

- Maintenance of Audio Visual technology equipment.

- Also knowledge of IT hardware.

- Acting as a point of contact for Help Desk when they refer specific queries.

- Providing a comprehensive Audio Visual service.

- Providing day-to-day support of all Audio Visual systems and related teaching room technologies.

- Ensuring that there is a professional approach and liaison with users on all aspects of the technical service provided.

Some evening cover to 7.00pm may be required.
