Junior Software Developer - Fin Tech Company - Central London - £30k - £35k
My client is the world leading organisation for transaction fund processing and they are looking for an outgoing and 'can-do' junior developer to join their team! They connect numerous of the world's leading financial companies via their network, which transacts well over £80 billion every month. They use smart tech solutions to decrease operational risk and increase their client's profits by lowering frictional costs of trading.
As a Junior Software Developer, you will a key role in the team and have the opportunity to gain vital experience based on finance, security and software engineering. You will be communicating with internal clients and also reporting directly to the CTO, who is very passionate about mentoring more junior developers.
Responsibilities include:
* Design, Developer and Analyse programming systems.
* Develop high-priority projects
* Help strategically plan the new application
* Assist testers
* Employ best practices (pro-activity, high performance and cooperate with continuous improvement)
* Interactive with the client base
They want a Software Developer with 1 - 2 years of experience.
Experience
* Profession experience with Java, C++, C#, Python and other relevant languages.
* .Net Core
* Unix or other Operating Systems
* Experience with multi-threaded/high concurrency systems
* TDD
* Agile
* Transnational/ messaging experience is a bonus
