1st-2nd Line Dynamics NAV Support, Hampshire, £27,000!

I am newly working with a recognised world-class, luxury, retailer who are in the process of expanding their IT team. With this, they are looking for two Service Desk Analysts to join their support team based in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for providing effective day-to-day delivery of 1st and 2nd line support services and functions to a large number of users (both technical and non-technical). Alongside this you will assist with implementations across the clients EMEA region.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is enthusiastic about IT and delivery the highest quality service!

Successful candidates will have;

* Previous Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics AX experience (other ERP support experience will be considered)

* 1st-2nd line support experience

* Excellent communication skills- any foreign language skills are advantageous

* MS application skills

* Knowledge of LS Retail is highly desirable

* Ideally experience working with MS SQL server

* Excellect communication/customer service skills
