Experis are looking for a Web Developer (Fullstack/Backend/JavaScript/Angular 2/4/5) the client are a design-first agency that specialises in digital storytelling, luxury and experiential design.
The Web Developer (Fullstack/Backend/JavaScript/Angular 2/4/5) will be building robust and efficient CSS / HTML /JavaScript based web applications and Cloud services to power them. You will consider the user experience, performance, data structure, and code maintainability all at the same time. You aren't biased against writing your own code or using existing libraries and frameworks, depending on what each individual situation requires. You work well with others and are eager to use your experiences and skills to mentor teammates.
Responsibilities:
* Full software lifecycle such as design, quote time, and implement, test, and deploy single web applications and Cloud systems
* Liaise and advise our Frontend Software Engineers, UX & Creatives
* Share the knowledge and elevate the engineering teams with code reviews, suggested refactorings, and beneficial external technologies
* Manage deployment and testing pipelines
* Write code while considering performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility
* R&D in new technologies and frameworks
* Help manage junior engineers
* State management, Application and Cloud Architecture
* Web Developer/Development (Fullstack/Backend/JavaScript)
* Liasing with Client technical partners who also provide similar Cloud systems
* Create, expand, migrate, backup, monitor and secure Cloud systems
* Help write documentation and external tests for clients and 3rd parties such as providing PostMan files, etc.

Requirements:
* 2+ Years commercial experience
* 2+ Years working within a team of developers
* Strong knowledge of modern browsers (debugging tools, data storage, concurrency,dom manipulation, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of Linux based operating systems
* Strong knowledge of MEAN and LAMP tech stacks
* Strong experience with REST and RPC Architecture
* Strong experience in the following languages: JavaScript (ES6, ES7), TypeScript
* Strong experience in scripting and managing AWS products.
* Strong experience in designing, creating, normalising, and deploying relational (RDS,SQL, PostgreSQL) and non relational databases (MongoDB)
* Strong experience in most of the following frameworks, tools, & technologies:Redux, Angular 2+ (Ideally 5), WebPack, Gulp, RxJS, SCSS, Require, NPM,Node.JS
* Strong experience with Authentication, JWT, OAuth, etc.
* Experience with software version control systems (i.e. Git)
* Experience in Continuous integration pipelines such as Bamboo and BitBucket pipelines
* Experience with project management software such as Jira and Trello
* Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects at once
* Exhibit of a sense of ownership for the quality of your work
