Software contract role - 12 months - High Wycombe

I am currently seeking a C++ software engineer to work for a client of mine on a new project. The successful candidate will be required to have very good experience of UI design using QT and an understanding of QML.

Job Type: Contract

Location: High Wycombe

Rate: £40-45 p/h

Duration: 12 months

The role:

You will be responsible for implementing of the user interface on a new hand held test platform. You will be an expert in QT GUI development and be familiar with QML. You will work alongside other engineers to deliver a complete test platform. You will implement the UI and integrate it with the rest of the system.

Essential Skills:

* 5 years relevant experience of design, development, test and documentation

* Experienced QT based user interface developer

* JavaScript

* NodeJS, JSQuery or similar

* REST API (JSON, XML structures...)

* C++ OOP

* QT experience of at least 4.x version

* Familiarly with QML

* Software development for Linux targets
