Service Architect - SC Cleared

Contract opportunity for an experienced Service Architect to support a large MoD programme.

Responsibilities:

- To Ensure the CA receives Service Design and Service Management Processes which contractually and operationally meet their requirements

- Service Reporting Design

- Process work instruction

- Customer engagement (to agree processes and interfaces)

- Service management Process/Procedure definition

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision where necessary

- Communicate and present to senior management

- Minimum SC Clearance

- The individual must be articulate, robust where necessary, determined and able to see through tasks to a logical conclusion

- Experience of delivering within a secure environment

Mandatory Skills Required:

1) Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management

2) Familiarity with SIAM architecture

3) ITIL expert

4) ISO 20000 Consultant/Familiarity

5) Knowledge of SDBM

6) Experience of service design and documentation

7) Experience of ITSM processes and process development

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
