SC/DV Cleared Overseas Desktop Roll Out

Global

£150 per day + £50 expenses per day

Role Profile:

*Working as a Team member of a team of installers.

*Organising the deployment at site of end user devices in accordance with agreed priorities and within agreed dates

*Liaison with 3rd party UK based remote configuration support team

*Removal and unpacking or unloading of Service Lorry

*Physical deployment of end user devices to desks and asset management (inventory) is maintained

*Removal of legacy end user devices from desks to safe store

*Dismantling and decommissioning process according to security policies, including asset management of removed items.

Skills/Experience Required:

*Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in ICT installation, testing, commissioning and fault diagnosis.

*Qualification to BTEC (ONC) standard or City & Guilds / SCOTEC equivalent in electronics, telecoms or IT related subject

*Knowledge of CISCO/HP /Lenovo Equipment hardware and technology

*Knowledge and experience of deployment of Encryption Devices

*Knowledge and experience of disk wiping and dismantling of computer hardware

*Good interpersonal, team working and problem solving skills

*Good report writing skills.

*Experience of working in HM Government secure environments

*Experience of overseas installation work
