Technical Consultant - Professional Services - Post sales/client care

A new Professional Services function is being created in order to support and continue to enhance solutions for a portfolio of 150 financial clients.

I am looking for a Technical Consultant who has experience working within a professional services environment who will essential be the first member in this team. This role has the opportunity to fast track, in terms of seniority, very quickly, being the point of contact for their high profile clients.

The have a legacy system in which they transformed a solution onto a unified platform and is now being rolled out to each client. Each roll out has 15 phases per client and they are at phase 8 on their first roll out. This is a mortgage risk product which is used by clients such as RBS, Lloyds and Legal and General.

You will be looking at how you can enhance the product to benefit the client, maintain customer needs, what is the end user not getting from this product and how to mitigate that. You will be also responsible for the implementation of enhancements and new features.

This is not a pre-sales role, so ideally the successful candidate would have come from a post sales, professional services background, confident in a client facing role and someone who can understand the technical aspect whilst being to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Any experience support financial products will be highly beneficial.
