Role: Big Data Test Analyst

Location: Croydon

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Market Rates

Clearance: SC eligible or CTC clearance

Role Details:

* New transformation programme for a UK customer focusing on Big Data and advanced visualisation capabilities

* Will be in Agile fashion and the team will be co-located in London

Key Responsibilities:

* Will be part of Testing team for the programme

* To deliver Test strategy, improvements, innovation

* To deliver testing across various test phases and support business in their validations

* Explore automation opportunities and implement them

Must Have Skills:

* Must have experience of Data Integration, Data Migration or Data Warehousing Testing

* Must have good SQL skills

* Must have Automation / Docker / Kubernetes / Hadoop / Hortonworks / AWS

* Must have exposure to Big Data / Hadoop technologies

* Should have experience of testing Data Ingestion workflows and understand transformation rules

* Technical test resources to assist with test automation and non-functional volume testing

* Must be able to write test strategy documentation, test plan, test scripts, test progress and completion reports

* Should identify areas where processes and standards could be improved and help implement any changes

* Should have experience working in Agile environment
