Mid- Senior Front End / Development & Design - Central LondonUX / UI / User Interface / User Experience / HTML / CSS / Javascript / Responsive Design / Front EndMy client has just signed off a brand-new position for a Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer in central London. Their innovative learning platform helps their clients to increase employee communication and engagement. This in turn boosts the performance of their client's organisations, helping them to achieve their goals. Their beautifully designed web and mobile application has attracted some big names in the market, with more than 50 UK clients already on board, they are growing very quickly in the UK and internationally. They are now on the look out to add some new members to their passionate design team with the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge technology.They are on the lookout for a UX/UI designer that has the following skills:

'€¢Exceptional design ability with a tendency to think creatively and identify solutions and ideas on the spot.'€¢An in-depth understanding of web standards, UX principles and responsive design.'€¢Ability to translate client's requirements into technical solution.'€¢A strong understanding of experienced design, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.'€¢You'll believe in continuous learning and sharing knowledge.'€¢Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

'€¢Work with Experience Architects to prototype learning requirements on a platform-level before turning your designs into'€¢Partner with the experience designers to define learner journeys ensuring the best learning experience is designed'€¢Work with the Client's Customer Success Manager to drive through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth handover from implementation to in-life'€¢Scoping new feature requests for discussion with the Product team where necessary'€¢Flexibility to travel where and when necessary and run workshops out of hours'€¢Eventually Lead the vision, scoping and style workshop(s) to ensure that we understand the Client's business model, their learners needs and how we can align the experiences to achieve real business needs

My client is based in Central London and is easily commutable from Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.They're looking to line up initial interviews the week commencing the 26th of February.
